A Message from the Board of Directors


The Bear Springs Trails Home Owners Association (BSTHOA) Board of Directors welcomes you to the community Web site. This site was developed to improve communication with its residents, property owners, and interested prospects. Here you will find easy access to information about this subdivision.

Bear Springs Trails was established in 2001.  The subdivision consists of 60 lots ranging in size between 3 to 10 acres.  Our neighborhood is located in Pipe Creek, TX which is approximately 9 miles from Bandera and 12 miles from Medina Lake.  The subdivision is served by the Bandera Independent School District.

 Notice of Annual Meetings

The Bear Springs Trails Owners Association (BSTOA) and Bear Springs Trails Water Supply Corporation (BSTWSC) will hold their annual meetings on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.  The meetings will be held at the home of Jan and Betty Serene, 997 Bear Springs Trail, Pipe Creek, TX 78063.
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is appointed by the Board of Directors and is responsible for administration of the applicable sections of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions as it applies to property improvements.
